So you knew that’s exactly what they did with the space – storage! The stupidest people I ever knew were $cientology “executives.” That sounds like Denise. She was so tentative and shy until Manu and I told her she had the part. Guess we complimented her too much.

Yep, she was pretty, and she had a great soap opera gig for a while. I knew her from CC, and she was the type who would flunk you on something stupid and go through a twisted reference search to justify it. I swear, she would waste more student time doing that stuff… I remember Manu, too, but I didn’t know him well.

Anyway, turning a nice little theatre into a friggin’ place to stack boxes of crap is exactly the kind of shit Scientology does.

The LDS guys do seem to enjoy riding those bikes. I have never once been bothered by the Mormon guys. They seem to be enjoying their one year mission. Also the pairs seem sometimes like best friends and sometimes like mutually annoyed colleagues. Next thing I notice is that they spend really a lot of time on the internet at the local library. Never once have I ever been harassed, bothered or otherwise hassled by Mormon missionaries. Its too bad too Id probably like to be god of my own planet after I die! (Just kidding…)

Became a Kevin fan when someone passed along The Shaming of the True, have spent much time looking for his other work. He did not achieve Jonny Virgil’s end as old, alone, forgotten, and playing a beater guitar. Instead he passed with many admirers yet never achieving the fame his alter ego did (or the pain, anomie and nihilism that followed).

Glad he never took in the “Scientology can help you with that” solution. That would have been another loss of talent to the vampire squid of religion.
