After serving in the Army for four years as a Military Police Officer and obtaining her M.S. in Criminal Justice, Ms. Taylor went on to work for a private 50 bed in-out patient treatment facility restricted to only court mandated offenders before taking a position at a multi-county juvenile detention facility for juvenile offenders tranferring between jurisdictions.

Perhaps, but in the specific case of the NAFC v. Scientology the evidence presented in public to date does not seem to support such a view.

I’m not suggesting a defense strategy here, just musing that the certification requirements and policing of NAFC are perhaps more lax than other certifications, thus affording the opportunity for Narconon to slide through unnoticed.

Kinda like a bank leaving the front door and the vault unlocked after business hours.
