Someone liked this 2 years later. What a difference 2 years makes. I was most definitely ‘a drone’. I was brainwashed and told what to do and how to think. No doubt about it. For the record – it is possible to undo 🙂

Ha! Even prior to $cientology, even prior to Dianetics, even when just promoting his crappy books, he still blusters ahead with the bald-faced lies with nothing but the assertion that “research has proven” to prop up his tall tales. Such balderdash is quaint and charming for an eccentric science fiction writer, even to be admired. But in a megalomaniac that tried to take over small African nations with his own private navy, it’s much more troubling and problematic.

The dispincitve’tandem’ e-meter was one of Mathison’s ‘special’ models – and I don’t know what to make of its presence – did Hubbard ever use such a thing?

I believe that this is our old friend JJ, who (for the benefit of those who have not followed the REDX campaign obsessively) used to spam the board with Scieno ads at a remarkable pace. I also believe that teaching ESL is his day job, the way he makes a living. I am of two minds about flagging him: if he is actually preying on his students, that is one thing, but we don't know that that is the case, and at least he has stopped the mass spams.

You didn’t offend, I was only teasing as usual. 😉 After you said that, though, I had to look up her IMDB page, because I couldn’t recall a movie she’s been in. Apparently she’s been in a few, but no memorable roles to speak of, so I get what you’re saying. It can’t be long before she’s cast in a hit, though, right? She’s good looking, but not in a traditional American way, and she can really act. There are roles for her.
