Yes it can be counter-productive, if done over and over in five minutes. Easy to disconnect which gives you a new ISP address or there are other ways to change your ISP to enable multiple flagging. Visiting C/L up to three times a day is also good. Doesn’t have to be for long, half an hour here or there, or longer if you have time.
