Back to throw in my two cents as an L.A. lawyer on this one. Judge Treu has a reputation for being really bright,
and not taking any crap from lawyers. There’s no fooling him, and if there are any holes in the evidence, he is known to find it. A lot of lawyers don’t like him because he is really strict about following the rules to the letter, which doesn’t bother me, because I’m pretty detail-oriented. Judge Treu is known for bringing himself up to speed on his cases. My advice to the plaintiff attorneys would be study up on every little nicky ticky rule about how your papers should be, and be very formal in the courtroom, like standing to object, and not walking near the bench without permission and such, and they should do fine.

Second reply………… I am so happy to be here and for the relative anonymity of the internet.In the life I built after Scientology. I was never able to tell any of my experiences or feelings with the new people in my life that were not Scios as I was to embarrassed. My shore story was I was in school or traveling etc. I never got to share any feelings or stories from inside the bubble to out.
