I know of no “shelter” for escaped Scientologists.

In recent years ex Sea Org members have gone online, found ex colleagues, and sought their old friends’ help is all that I know of. People get networked to their old friends.

I run the 866-XSEAORG phone line mainly answering the people who then phone through to my personal cell phone number and I just give them advice and networking. A Scientology critic in LA pays half the phone bill is all. That’s the only cost I have being covered at present, and I have no other costs.

The ex members who’ve escaped/defected have all had their own plans and executed their plans without outside help, except their immediate family (spouses, or helpful parent).

I network and give advice for the whole time this 866-XSEAORG number has been up and running.

I had one Sea Org member call me once, they had a plan and I just advised them a few tips.

Family of Sea Org members have called me, I advised them on cutting through the Sea Org bureaucracy. In some instances, the family cannot reason with the Sea Org members, the Sea Org members are still goners in terms of wising up enough to see the cult for what it is.

Some people, all ex members, have added their names to a list of people willing to put up escaping members.

Some other local groups have also offered anonymously to put up escaping members and help them.

So in truth, all I do is keep up a list of people around the US who are willing to put their old friends or escaping Sea Org members, should anyone need it.

People who “blow” (escape) the Sea Org life suddenly, have plans, and either escape back home or don’t know the internet options, they figure out other immediate means of survival.

The Human Trafficing help that the FBI provides, is the latest help option that all existing Sea Org members should know is available to them!

Again, you’re assuming things about me that you know nothing about, MK. I’ve read so much so called “entheta” that it makes me bored. Why read the same stuff over and over again? I was there, MK, although not in the top of management. That’s the difference between you and me. I’ve seen and experienced things with my own eyes. There is no reason for me to endlessly read the experience of others in order to form an opinion.
In will put a comment in the article of Sunday and mention a lot of things that are wrong in Scientology by comparing it to christianity.

Again, you’re discounting all stories of anyone who contradicts your preconceived beliefs. It’s no matter that they’ve been in for 5, 10, or 40 years.

Considering the extreme efforts that Co$ has always taken to avoid people talking about their cases or saying anything negative about $cientology, it’s a prime example of a closed mind on your part. To you, all of the testimony on the part of victims or $cioentology are simply shore stories. Since you have a closed mind, and are not willing to even read what Co$ has tagged as entheta, you are destined to be a real prisoner of your beliefs.

$cientology hides anything negative about it from its own followers, and enjoins them to start a thought-stopping process early in their recruitment. They were successful in your case. I have met several of the better known exes who have dropped in and out of posting here, and they are not assholes.

I would like to see you lay out the “lots of things wrong with $cientology here. Vagueness is also another way of answering any outside criticism, and you’re pretty damn vague.

I’ve written to you several times but never got a response. Does the shelter that helps,Sea Org members need anything like bedding? Or is there anything else we could donate or do to help?

I was mainly referring to the IAS status “level-up” folks. The ones with money to burn.

There are many tragic stories of abused Sea Orgers, and disrupted families, all detailed in Tony’s investigations over the years. I agree with you:)
