Dude im seriously starting to think the U.S. government is shareholders in this cults financial robery. It’s almost concrete. Any other facility would be shut down before a grand jury even heared about it.

Question for legal beagles. How is a report like this actually written? Obviously it isn’t written by members of the Grand Jury. What is the process? Are notes submitted to prosecutor’s office and they organize it and write it or is it the other way around whereby the prosecutor’s office submits a draft to the GJ and they edit/revise/comment or simply just sign off on.

I absolutely agree with Gary Richardson, if the grand jury has been told to keep going, that is very good news. The federal government is always slow in putting together complex criminal cases. There are numerous reasons for it, but the biggest reason is the federal government wants to win, and it wants the case it puts together to be rock solid. This new information leads me to believe that the federal government never stopped the investigation that began several years ago, and that it is now is morphing in various directions. The confidentiality, non-disparagement agreements that recently have been forced so aggressively on parishioners, the recent paranoia about flash drives and cellphones, and the stepped up desparate measures that are being taken to keep all Sea Org members under constant supervision, all begin to make more sense now.

Exactly.

One time, I heard my biological child, let’s call him Charley say to the adopted one, Don (another made up name) as a part of an argument, “You’re adopted.”

I walked into the room and (I don’t know where in my mind it came from) said, “I love you both equally, but I love each of you differently because you’re different people. If I had to choose between you, I couldn’t, but I want you to realize Charley, that I picked Don.”

Years later, I asked Don if it made any difference. He said, “No.” and the reason was that it was a normal part of sibling rivalry. At least they knew where I stood.

PS AP Congrats on the new job, glad it’s going well. Before my last surgery, the OR staff had me cracking up as we joked about the gangsta rap that was playing in there 🙂 I swear it wasn’t the anesthesia!

I am amazed that Scott Harrington’s practice was shut down within 24 hours of discovering that he was using unclean tools (to this day I have not heard of a single case of hepatitis, aids, or any other like threatening diseases caused by this infraction and certainly no loss of life) and yet….7 people have died at this facility and others have died at other facilities around the globe and still we are still waiting for justice (it’s been 3 years since I lost my son)…come on Oklahoma, pull your head out!
