Thank you for the link. I tried to listen but Hubbard was being so two-faced–accusing psychiatrists of employing hypnotism and saying how bad it is–when that is what SCN does. When he talks about psychiatrists, just insert Scientology and it starts to make some sense. Can’t believe I used to try and understand this crap.

Hypnotism! So true. As part of my deprogramming program, I am taking a class in hypnotism. I wanted to learn how he did it. I knew I had been hypnotized, but couldn’t figure out how he did.
There are many ways. I know I went into a light trance whenever the auditor said, “This is the session.” And the repetition of certain messages had a hypnotic effect. Hypnotism is not just a parlor game.

If that’s how you feel then that’s how you feel. Nothing we can say is going to register or change that. The fact is that each of us can only do what we can in our own small way to help. No one thing is going to finish COS, no one action or person is going to finish it either. If you have a great idea or plan then please share it. We joke about things here because if you don’t eventually you need a long break from COS watching or you will be overcome with negativity at the magnitude of the damage this cult has done.
Plenty of people who post here work behind the scenes, and lots of the people here have lost friends and family to the cult so we do indeed know what the cult is capable of.
The fact is that the ability of of cult to bring in any new people has nearly trickled to a stop. There is very little new meat that they get to join which does mean that the word is getting out to the average person.
