I’ve walked by many Idle Morgues. This is great because it’s the most activity they ever get from people walking down street. The illusion that much more is happening inside is easily cracked. When I walk by, they pull in the table and close the front door and I’ve never said anything to them. I figure I’m on a photo black list. I love it!

Sherbert, I guess I am pretty confident that money was his motivation from the beginning. And this part was not shown or hinted at, as I recall. It’s as if Anderson bought the Church’s version of it all and didn’t do any in depth research. It was very disappointing. But I agree, in the early years, Hubbard was reportedly not quite as authoritarian. It’s the old “power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely”. The more powerful he became, apparently the more corrupt he became.
