Whenever those nice Mormon missionaries tell me Christianity is false on the basis that there are denominations, I ask them if they are aware of the RLDS (Community of Christ), LDS (Bickertonite), LDS (Strangite), the Church of the Temple Lot and so on and so forth.

That ruling is certainly good news. I would love for the Garcias to eventually win this suit and get their money back plus damages. I know this suit is going to take ages, but if the church eventually had to start paying it’s defrauded former members back the floodgates would open. I know the illegal business masquerading as a church called Scientology has billions of dollars, but that money would disappear rather quickly if the cult were forced to pay back all the members who were defrauded, which as we know is every single Scientologist that has ever given the church a dime. The more lawsuits against Scamatology the better!
