It looks like they have three sites – preschools in Altadena and Lake Balboa, and an elementary school in Reseda.

State Department of Community Care Licensing is responsible for licensing preschools. Their complaint website is http://ccld.ca.gov/PG408.htm.

There is also a list of zip codes for complaints – http://ccld.ca.gov/res/pdf/CClistingMaster.pdf. It looks like the Altadena zip code complaints go to the LA East office in Monterey Park (323) 981-3350. The Lake Balboa complaints go the the LA NW office in Culver City, (310) 337-4333

i think the elementary school is in the LA Unified School District area – http://home.lausd.net – but it is a private school, not part of the school district. However you can call the school district and ask them how to make a complaint about a private school.

No I found it by doing a google search. Just type in Melanie Martin delphi and it shows up on the schools website along with her picture.

She plans on expanding it to 3rd grade the same grades she ran at Delphi.
