Hi Baby, me too ~ I love the night sky. When I first began commercial fishing, out at sea, BIG wide-open sky & water & wind & currents… and I was scared at night, especially on the moonless dark dark nights. A great friend, who had sailed for 5 years around only half the world, gave me 2 books, a Peterson’s guide to the stars, and a very old book called, “The Friendly Stars” by Martha Evans Martin. I got to know the night sky. Amazing – becoming familiar with the night sky lessened the fear in me. Full moon tonight – cheers to ya Baby.

Aha, and from the wiki I glean that the steel player is the great Al Perkins. Sneaky Pete was awesome, too. I met some of these people, and once worked for Sierra Records, that carries all the stuff owned by Gram Parson’s widow. Just a great era of musical invention and experimentation of all kinds. Where do you live, Indie? I’m near L.A. Currently.

When I was in, I actually did that. I was making a friendly video for something I was doing and we took a TV quality video camera over there. AS SOON AS we pointed it at one of the big blue buildings, it was a matter of seconds before the security guys swooped down on us.

Because we were still in and they knew us, they said, “It’s probably not a good idea to go filming around here with one of those things.”

Maybe at the next rally they can rent about 15 of them to keep the security guys busy. LOL
