I meant, if it is to look like Hubbard’s writing (and reflect the disarray in his brain) the baseline should be erratic. This font is too tidy and disciplined to pass for “Ron’s own handwriting.” Otherwise, it’s a scream. 🙂

Yeah, but it’ll be filled with “moreovers” and “heretofores”. Miscarriage has a very distinct pattern of writing. Totally different to Ron’s.

It’s supposed to be consistent and level. I was actually beating myself up because the vertical position varied too much (look at the d and the y, for example!) Then I figured, hey, this is a HANDWRITING font, it’s not supposed to look perfect.

That was me 🙂 I found his hand nice, so decided to immortalise it as a font. Only later did I realise—hey, this is Scientology I can screw with!

That would make sense, Dr.! And I find myself scratching my head: the bad org chart that Ron improved was so bad that it … lasted a trillion years?

Come on, Ron! A planet and a solar system won’t even last that long. Countries don’t last that long. Civilizations fall in just thousands of years. In a trillion years the sentient species would have evolved into something else. And yet an org chart somehow lasted and was useful for a trillion years? And then Ron recalled it and made that subtle little tweak that would make it last, what, twice as long? Forever?

Really?
