I’d be surprised if Miscavige ever appears in court. It’s my guess that if he runs out of legal abuses of the system, he’ll offer a literal fortune to Shelly to avoid a personal appearance in court.

Job well done, Ms. Hyman; Messrs. Cappuccio and Tepperman. (I see that Hyman’s signature was affixed, but I will tip my hat to all three, because all three are identified on the brief, typically meaning that all three had some degree of input, or at least that attorneys Hyman and Tepperman were most likely to have done the research and writing.)
