You were terrific at Flag Down. Instant posts from right there in the moment! That was grand! And you looked in pure heaven with peeps you have such a bond with and meeting new peeps. What fun that musta been!

Am an old-timer, Bury, and my savvy on the commenting boards of Webs is vague, although I do build Websites, doing my first one when things were really slow at “baud” speeds in the mid 1990s. Still, the commenting world has its own rules, which I didn’t know when I jumped on from Runnin’ Scared to Tony O’s Bunker. Still haven’t learned! This old horse isn’t a 1 trick pony, but the socks ‘n the jargon, the commenting-netiquette, the sock puppet rules, how people get *so* riled about identities.

I require stress free times for health. And mixing it up in comments, which is more than half the fun, can be bad for stress, when things get edgy. So- I flee by taking a new i.d. Cuz I have so many peeps on the Bunker with whom I truly love to associate. And I can’t shut up when I get a new i.d.!! My undoing! Alas.

I preceded ARS in my involvement, and was on that a bit; and in opposition to Helena Korbin and yada yada. My opposition predates Tory’s joining by a year or 2, so I go waaaaay way back. I saw the Oxford test in 1969. I followed the opening of Narconon in 1966/7. I watched the modern-era icon, William Burroughs, for keireist’s sake, waxing on the wonderfulness of Hubbtech in 1967/8. So… that’s some context.

I’m gonna post some hx as a note to any peeps who may give a shite and then gonna take a vacation from this like Obs, for a while. You were kind of away for quite a few weeks it seemed to me only writing every few days, so maybe this kind of thing effects a lot of people, I don’t know. Catch you round the bend !

The LDS faithful don’t care about much. They overlook the fraud in the Book of Abraham and the presence of iron and chariots in the New World where none existed. They are the same as the COS (and every other religion) in regard to believing stuff that is absolutely preposterous. That should not be illegal. What should be illegal is the mixing of church and corporation. That is totally bogus IMHO. You’ve got one tax exempt and one for profit all rolled into one. How the hell is that even possible? Only through the machinations of many lawyers I am sure. Make it illegal for non-profits to illegally profit, or tax them outright (my preference) and let them honestly compete with other hucksters like Amway or the Baptists. Enjoy.
