Once you know even just a little bit about the story, or if you read the first few things that come up in a Google search, once you DO see the stuff out there authored by Scientology it is so obviously bitter and disingenuous that it makes them look like the douche-bags they are! The so-called ‘Squirrel Busters’ don’t do Scientology any favors either they look like the evil stalkers that they are. Scientology will never recover from the bad ‘PR’ and thank God, efforts to stop this evil group are long over due.

I’m not familiar with the UNOI to notice anything that would help with authenticity. I don’t think anyone would fake something like that though. I would recognize old guard names from the NOI if I heard them but I don’t remember hearing names being mentioned from the NOI side of negotiations with COS. NOI inner-working with their grant programs I’m not familiar with. My family was in the NOI back when it was considered high on the list of FBI enemies so federal money for programs wasn’t an option. But I did hear about the rumblings about the clinics and AIDS programs. I can only speak directly on the fleecing of the flock from my memories as a kid and what I currently notice from the NOI members I still have contact with.

And I completely agree about the depriving of families for the Church. The concept of giving money you can’t afford to give and the idea of ministers taking money for their own personal benefit is not a concept of Islam so there’s no reason for them to operate that way. That goes back to Farrakhans fear of his followers moving into orthodoxy because he wants to keep the money flowing to him and his family. Any group he moves his people to he’ll expect his family to continue with high positions or at least access to money. I didn’t know about the 2 Million lump sum and continued income from his followers taking COS classes until I heard that audio so the reason he went that direction is more clear to me.

There is absolutely nothing to feel guilty about being gay or bi. Now being a Scientologist? Well, that’s a different story!! 🙂
