It’s a good movie, but I meant that your posting made me cry.

The movie take big chunks out of LRH’s writing…it’s OBVIOUSLY about CO$– but I haven’t read any reviews of it that mention CO$ by name. Have you?

CD, I just saw this…just watched The Master. Made me cry.

I know I work with addicts every day and heroin is the worst for people to kick!! What a shame.
And with even the best program we can’t be sure of success, just up the odds a bit. The ?? will people keep doing what they need to do to stay sober and will they be able to resist the cravings and the obsessions to use when they come back again.

I had a deja vue… Heath Ledger. Soooooo very very sad.

Oh, I quite agree.

It is very, very hard to get off drugs, and poor, street-quality stuff kills…
I know i am not the only drug asdic ton this board and I am sure they would all agree…
Going to prison solves nothing. They can still get drugs and then go to crime school t the same time, all on our dime.

I really think he would have OD’ed, whether there was a war on drugs going on or not. He just simply got addicted, and succumbed to it. We shouldn’t declare war on drugs. But we should declare war on drug addiction. And combat it with support for rehab programs and support groups.

Of course, I mean REAL rehab programs, not “vitamins and saunas”, like one certain “program” we know LOL

A Late Quartet is a good movie too.
