Thank you for clearing that up. The police reports Tony posted a couple days ago mentioned the body being “repositioned”, but they were also very inconsistent on where it was when the detectives arrived. Based on your answer I think it is very clear that it was an accident.

Here’s the angle he’d have to negotiate:

I took the photos. My guess it was 4-5 feet from the building. The obvious is usually the answer: The apartment was overheated. He was hot and quite tired from a long journey so he opened the window to cool off and/or he wanted to see the SP building and stretched a little too far and slipped.

Did you take these photos or find them somewhere online? I only ask because there’s been much discussion recently about where exactly he landed, in trying to determine if he jumped, fell as an accident or was pushed or thrown. So, the reason I’m asking is to see you know or can confirm exactly where on the sidewalk these photos were taken.
