No, I was guessing. I wasn’t accusing you of insinuating he was; I was just saying he wasn’t Japanese but was, at least, partially wrong, too. Sorry but “baca” is not cow in Spanish. as much as I, myself, would like it to be. Close but no cigar. Cow in Spanish is “vaca”. But have good news for you: Baca probably comes from Italian 3rd person singular for “bacare” (transitive) to corrupt or warp 😉 It’s a small world.
