It blows my mind that Tommy is being berated and in his very next response tell DM how he has said how DM is the kindest and most genuine man alive basically. How does he reconcile that in his head as he is trying it as a response to being completely berated by DM?

I still haven’t time to read thru all this content and comments, but, before this article gets too old, i have to ask… so Miss Cabbage REALLY required Mike and minions to address him in each text as Dear Sir… and that he sign off “ML” (meaning Much Love)?!!! that’s my inference anyway. Assuming that’s the case, little boss definitely rivals Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard for pure megalomaniacal neediness. jeeeeZus.

The thing that strikes me about DM isn’t the depth of his micromanagement, it’s how awful that micromanagement is. Mike and Mr. Davis were doing almost precisely what he wanted, including groveling at his feet in just about every single exchange, and the only thing he gave them in return was an endless stream of profanity-laced whining. (Not to mention bizarre crap, such as the ersatz word clearing for “CICS”.)

Of course, given what a foul-mouthed bastard LRH was, he’s probably the most on-source being on the planet in that regard.

Same appearance as Mike Rinder exactly, but they had the optimism of freedom in their eyes. His eyes have dead despair in the shot Tony posted.
