In reply to Cece. I am a COS never was, and like seeing the cult weirdness exposed on these sites, but I gotta say, the crazy language means I often don't understand anything you are saying. Like this post, for example. Do you have trouble adjusting post-church sometimes, due to having a cult-ure imposed on you that excludes outsiders?

That smirky laugh sums up so much of LRH’s personality and the tone of Scientology. Basically, “it’s so simple, stupid.” But if you are too obtuse to get it, you can always buy a few hundred books and other materials to get up to speed.

I believe OBE’s are real..in fact had at least one myself. Jason Beghe says going “external” or having an OBE while staring at another person in a scientologist is what hooked him…so perhaps they are on to something in getting people to have OBE’s. But they are surely evil fucks mostly interested in money and power…I would like to hear what methodology, if any, actually works. Otherwise, I can reccomend people look into the Monroe Institute.
