He is all over “discussion” boards there and does the same thing when he is argued with or anyone disagrees with him. He lashes out with insults, name calling, using age insults, and misogynistic slams. A few members have indicated he’s a “juicer” with “roid rage” issues and have taken to a PM type of non live chat room to voice concerns. They say around mid/late 2010 a MOD was asked to jump in on boards that he comments on, when the MOD shows up he cowers then jumps on another board shoving his p.o.v on someone else. Over a dozen questions posted were deserted as soon as he crawls out of his hole.

Let’s not get too carried away but to make him squirm will be a whole new level of awesome, remember how pathetic he was at his last public interview? Again, I believe there will be no settlement. Monique has no reason to settle at this point as the momentum is all on her side, as is the evidence submitted to date.

It is extremely rare for a judge to order a muzzle on a plaintiff who wins a case on judgment…there are rarely good reasons to keep them silent as they have not compromised on anything already said in court.

If the judge was present that is highly unusual and must mean that there had been trouble the first time around. Judges HATE HATE HATE to be involved in discovery issues and come down like a ton of bricks on the side they blame for the lack of cooperation.

The Judge *was* present in the Wallersheim depo; why not in this one? I’d think the Judge would be there to handle objections to questions put to “the pope”.

I agree that his use of those words in a court room showed a remarkable lack of insight into the *real* world and I’m also with you on the other bit. I don’t think he’d be able to function very well at all in any position in the real world. I’d suspect that Miscavige was a malignant mix of hostile dominant narcissism and paranoia. He will attempt to dominate Ray Jeffrey from the moment he opens his mouth. It will be very interesting to read that little gem.
