Sorry I didn’t get to it til now!!!

Does you mom get airplane ear a lot? Like a fullness in the ears? feeling like her ears have to pop?

Does she have sinus problems? Post nasal drip? (if she does have sinus problems, does she take benadryl? —that can help) Also, allergies….

Does she feel ‘wobbly’ when bending over and has to focus on a point on the wall? Same with walking down steps? can’t look AT the steps has to look at ahead at walls?

Does moving quickly—turning—make her feel dizzy? If so, does it only happen sometimes? When? Is she congested? Tired? Stressed?

Is she sensitive to lights or noise at times? (I get really sensitive to noise at times)

Does watching things move at times bother her? Like sometimes just watching traffic can make me feel like i have motion sickness.

Has she tried mecklizine? That’s the incgredient in Dramamine—it’s over the counter. It can help with motion sickness. If she hasn’t tried that, try that for a couple weeks. Something that use to also help me was a water pill—it would help get the excess water out of my ears, i use to get OTC water pills w/o caffeine (most have caffeine). It helped, then my regular dr. prescribed lasix. Then they sort of stopped working. Cuz I had of course vestibular migraines but this was before I obviously knew that!!!
