O San Diego…..

They were going to have an Ideal Org in La Mesa (a town in San Diego county east of the southern part of SD), the former Coleman College property at 7380 Parkway Drive. CoS-SD bought the property in 2008 for $9 million, sold it for less than that to some developers this year and they are demolishing the buildings as I write these words. They regged everybody in SD county to either convert or demolish the buildings and they sold out ANYWAY. The neighbors in that area are furious because the new “townhome” project will increase traffic.
