If you want an avatar, click on your blue name and at the top right of the little window that opens up is a button Edit Profile; click that and one of the options on the left is Avatar. You can either feed it the URL of a picture on the web or save the picture to your computer first and upload from there. I find this and others just by Googling “chee chalker” and pressing Images.
