I tend to get colds too even though I’m usually not cold. When I feel one coming on, I take a dose of Ban Lan Gen (a TCM medicine, it’s just isatis root in tea form). A lot of times I can head it off that way or at least make it milder, if I catch it soon enough. If you have an Asian market anywhere near you, you can buy it cheaply over the counter, no need for a prescription.

Why are you assuming (I just responded to your initial post above but now am reading down) that people would get in their face and be nasty? Where did you get the idea that people from here would do that? I think you are making assumptions about peoples. If you’ve read here awhile you’d see that most peoples here care deeply about the people basically ‘trapped’, as the sea org members are, and they understand the mental confines they have in addition to the physical confines and then of course if they FREED themselves what they would face—-basically nothing outside of $cienotology as that is all they know and that is frightening. People want to ensure they know they’re cared about, I know some people have signs with 1866XSEAORG to get that # in their head, signs using LRH quotes to get them to think, telling them their doubts are valid and not crimes. I’ve never read any comment by anyone here saying they were going to go get in people’s faces and scream. That would be horrible—and they’d probably end up arrested as OSA would claim assault or who knows what.
