Rinder reminded us that Scientology’s “orgs” around the world have sent
representatives to Clearwater to train for the release of the Golden Age
of Tech II, and can’t leave until it’s released. “Some of these people
have been there since June, and they can’t go home yet. They can’t do
their non-Scientology jobs, they have to keep paying their expenses.
They’re going broke,” he says.

That is INSANE!!

Hey girl, I am so excited that your birthing day will be here soon! I am an early Nov bday myself, so I don't know which to cheer for. An earlier labor for you to stop the discomfort of those late weeks? Or the chance of seeing you at LA TomKat?
Are you thinking of having the babes in Oregon? The family help might me nice, only you know where to build your nest for the newborns.
I am hoping that you have a great birth experience. And I know your humor, smarts and love will keep your beautiful little family going.
I know I am getting into eye roll territory here, but oh well ;).
My labor evening was spent at a really fun dinner party. Felt a fee twinges, but nothing much til midnight (full moon of course).
Was just shivery going to hospital, had no epi, just a bit of med nisental (sp?). Had back rubs from family on low back most of the time all was very bearable.
Almost 2 hours pushing was harder, but a fleeting moment w forceps, and I had my babe!
So all done in under 6 hrs total.
First thing I said was, "I could do that again!"
I just wanted to share that althought the big unknown made me nervous, the experience was much better than I had expected.
Let me know how you are doing, and am wishing to give you a hug!

Well I haven't been there, but I was going by the account of what happened when Tony and a bunch of Bunkerites went to look at the tent and the Scilons called the cops. The policeman according to THDNE etc. was perfectly aware that the Scilons were being bogus, again.

'Clearwater police officers accepted off-duty jobs from Scientology in 2000-2001, accepting a total of $176,000 a year from Scientology. They were called by some “Scientology’s police force.”'

Now that's really interesting. I would love to hear more about that, especially given what I've always read/heard/seen in the past on any reportage about the relationship between Co$ and the Clearwater police, especially regarding the hiring of officers for off-duty "security" work, etc. It would be wonderful news if the tide was turning a little.
