My greatest apprehension in my recuperation/collectedness has without a doubt been a backslide. I essentially dread fizzling at staying clean and calm, and this is something I/we need to oversee day by day. As platitude as it may sound what has truly helped allay my alarm of backslide is essentially taking it without rushing too much. The thought of staying clean for whatever remains of my life is as yet overpowering for me to consider. At the same time the prospect of being calm today energizes me. Today I know I have what it takes to climb against my apprehensions and today is the thing that matters the most.
