Listen very carefully, there are no *external* audits and no *external* oversight.

Church of Scientology has a computerized “Finance System” internally with records of all member’s accounts for purposes of tracking book and materials sales, training & auditing donations and auditing hours used. I would be very, very surprised, if there were no electronic records of IAS, Superpower Building or other donations *internally*. The International banking systems track deposits, withdrawals and transactions between different banks ,as well and Law Enforcement in nearly every nation has access to those records for criminal investigations.

Any records in a computerized system can be obtained by one means or another, if Law Enforcement ever got serious about investigating these issues.

I never thought he did that to keep them OUT! LOL And I really don’t think he plotted and thought specifically about these words. Watching some of his briefing course lectures, I always sensed he was just doing one of those rambling thoughts kind of things. He certainly didn’t have any decent education on which to base those.

I, too, found myself enjoying his music. He’s generally so upbeat and he does wonders with emotional music.

If you went to visit a scientific event, you’d probably also get lost in the jargon. Hang around with sailing folks and you’ll soon be bewildered. Mechanics talking business? Armed forces personnel? No matter where you go, specialized groups end up with their own versions on language. Just think of how many new words get invented in the world of hip hop and soon become assimilated into the commong language. Scio is not that different in that respect.
