In reply to aquaclara. im not a ex member but im going to call them and see what excuse they give me to see if they give me the same story or something different.. as a recovering addict this makes me sick..... i've been clean since 95 but everyday its hell to stay that way without NOT getting the professional help needed to maintain that way

This story seems to indicate that the Narconon group is looking to LURE Georgia’s rehab seekers out of state and that to me is in violation of it’s agreement. The GAVE UP their license. They LIED intimating that they are in gangbuster success and ACTIVE in Georgia, when in fact they cannot take new business there.

If they have lured someone away from Georgia with the suggestion that they could come back when a bed is open, they should be sued and prosecuted.

It would be professionally inappropriate for me to write Porter directly to challenge his authority as DA of Gwinnett County, GA, and personally inappropriate–or meaningless– since he is not beholden to me, as I am not a member of his constituency.

I haven’t held back here though, and he is welcome to read and regard–or disregard–my point of view.

I have a feeling the government ‘officials’ are far more under the thumb (?) of Scientology Inc. than are the insurance lawyers. I’m not an attorney, and though the whole: ‘kitten gloves’ routine with Scientology smells bad.
For example: The state CAN prosecute a corporation, but is choosing not to? How convenient for Scn. They ‘might’ choose to prosecute individuals? With all of the evidence of fraud? They might? Seems to me like somebody has somebody right where Ron Hubbard told them to put them. Under some type of threat of pain.

Of course I could be wrong about my fearful speculation. Been around a long time, seen much. I am thrilled though with what is happening overall. And, anyone that thinks 2013 has been a whopper of a kicking ass on DM and his gang of Scientologist’s, well, wait until 2014 rolls around folks. No one in history has been able to shoot more foot bullets, more accurately, more consistently and leaving more damage than David Miscaviage. Period. The man is a master at self destruction on a global stage, given the chance. And we are obliging.
