Cork sounds perfect! Will get busy getting my moves ready. I was raised in a strict church that did not allow any dancing…even got signed out of square dancing in P.E.! Yes I was that weird kid in the corner, trying to melt into the wall, lol. Now I am a huge dance fan and go to ballet performances a lot. Danced badly with my hubs, son, groom, and son’s friends last night at a wedding. It wasn’t pretty but it was joyful! Today my legs feel OLD, but it was worth it.
So, thanks for the kinship and inspiration Glibby!

First of all, I hate Disqus. I may have mentioned this about a billion times already. 🙂

The babies are continuing to suck away my life force with alacrity. They are very healthy and fat (for twins, mind you) and seem to sleep only when I am NOT sleeping. I’ve got red-rimmed eyes. What with the constant wee dark AM hours of jazzercising they tend to do.

I really am confounded by this name thing. I want to say – well fuck it then. Ash is used to this name, she’s been using it since birth . . . . and then I think . . . . . .. Nope. Nope no nope. I won’t have them separated even symbolically.

I could use a Salish word but I would feel pretentious.

I think . . . . . I think I’m gonna talk to her tonight a little more straight-forwardly and be completely honest about why it’s important to me that everyone has the same name. And also so I can iterate that she is loved and wanted and my main lady. 🙂 And thus has the right and duty to figure out what appeals the most to her.
