And I live in desert bcuz hubs has an awesome job and we live in a very green neighborhood. But I went to college in San Diego for 2 yrs, and I would not live here except for family love! I know the difference! But now son has good job here too, I shall never escape. Hmmm. Rethinking that whole marriage proposal now, Monkey!
Hubs has to promise beach vacay each yr for me to fantasize about whilst sweating and/or watching myself catch fire ;-).

Well . . . . they moved to some pretty tony digs around Beverly Hills. Next to the mall. So basically every patient has unlimited access to Sbarro and frozen yogurt. 🙂

Well now! 53 is the new 30!

And I’m not even joking. My best friend and complete musical hero is 60, tho he would pass out if he knew I was saying that publicly.

And my relief bestie is 53. 🙂 I’m really not kidding. She owns a big fancy record store and is WAY more hip than I am. Except she called me once to ask how to make a baked potato for her girlfriend. I said, um ooookay – do you have a pencil? She said, yes! I said: Bake. A. Potato. Ta dum!!

It’s funny – the first couple months of being pregnant (I didn’t really cotton on ’til about 10 weeks. Then I did. Then I crawled under the couch and refused to come out. When I found out there were two, I crawled under the house) pretty much ALL I ate – could eat – were the apple pie Larabars. One way or another, the twins are comprised of mostly nuts and dates. 🙂

If your son is as cool as his mama, I shall happily abscond with him. Sadly, I wouldn’t wish a single mother with 2 infants, a four year old, a career in music of all things, and a profound love of bugs and educational foreign films on any young man . . . . . :))))

And! Why is everyone making you live in the desert!!? Yuck!! It’s really icky hot HERE (OR) today – hotter than LA – and I’m seriously napped about 6 times. I cannot STAND IT.

Aw, my sweet Monkey, it will have to be an adoption rather than a wedding, cuz I am an old lady (53, ehhhh) with a son your age….hmmm maybe he has time for a wedding between tracks?
My hubs gave in and is spending the day with DS, so I am getting little photos and films, very fun! I am stuck here in the hot desert eating Larabars all alone. Wah, wah, poor me ;).

It has probably been answered before but isn’t there a law against child slave labour? Why haven’t they been done on that at least? How did they get get around it?
