In “Mission Earth” 10 volume science fiction book series, Hubbard’s final sci fi books, one of Hubbard’s bad guy characters is a buffoon PR man whose main style of PR is having his PR client intentionally do outrageous bad things, just to attract media attention, as the guaranteed way to attract free advertising attention to the PR client. (The book’s nutty bad PR man’s client is the book’s hero, Jettero Heller.)

Hubbard being so un-self aware didn’t see he’d entrenched into Scientology this very style of self creating PR disaster news worthy controversies.

So yes, the whole massive Hubbard organizaitonal system is so laced with faulty Hubbard logic, that boomerangs, and Hubbard’s internal solutions boomerang and avoid deailing with the Hubbard problems, that the whole setup, agreed, is like a mad Rube Goldberg human rights self abuse system that spits out ex members who cannot help but speak about the wrongs of the system.
