After being in relationship with Wilson for seven years,he broke up with me, I did everything possible to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so much because of the love I have for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused. I was first introduced to Scientology when I worked as live-in nanny the summer of 1984 for Pete and Carol Masterson, and their 8 year old son, Danny and 4 year old son, Chris. I took Danny to his first audit session at the Church of Scientology in New York City in August 1984. It was an interesting experience for me. I remember expressing concern with Scientology after having visited the center and engaging in discussions with some staff while Danny was at his audit session. However, my “concerns” and “religious intolerance” in a country of “religious freedom” were not warmly received to say the least. I soon left for the summer and the whole experience was relegated to the past. I didn’t remain in contact but have recently thought about the Masterson family, as I enjoyed the summer living on Long Island with them although I got very home sick by the end of the summer. I actually was searching the internet tonight to see if I could find any information on Pete or Carol, when I came across this article posted by Carol’s 2nd husband, Joe, whom I may have even met that summer. I do remember Danny and Chris fondly, and I am quite sure that they are now wonderful, well-adjusted young men with much yet to offer to the world. I know that Pete and Carol were great parents, they really loved their kids and were so proud of all their accomplishments. I hope Pete has been able to maintain a healthy relationship with his sons. It is sad to hear of family separation, so I hope that Joe will also be able to establish a healthy, long-term relationship with his son and daughter. I would love to hear from the Masterson family, but most important, I will always hope for religious freedom, and for all religions to keep their promises to their people for healthy, happy and loving relationships with their friends, family and their God.

I am wholeheartedly against $cientology and understand and agree with Reaiche’s concerns about his daughter, but if you are estranged from your daughter the last thing that’s going to help is to publicly denounce her love life. Take $cientology out of it, and how different is this situation from Jon Voight shooting his mouth off about Angelina Jolie? I hope that his children are able to break free the Co$ and reconnect (as it were) with him. However I worry that this statement will just make things worse. It’s one thing to privately tell your adult child that you have concerns about someone she is seeing (and has this “relationship” even gone farther than having lunch?!) but you don’t gossip about it. I understand where he’s coming from, but he may look back on this and realize he put his foot in his mouth. 🙁

Amazing how people on the internet try and back their statements up by saying ‘my friend is this/i know that person and they told me/it’s DEFINITELY true’ , and expects it to give them credibility
