When I was in the Sea Org all passports were kept by OSA for ‘protection’. I don’t know if this is still the standard procedure but it was when I left. Problem would be proving it was against a persons will when it seemed so innocent and yet causes a problem you’re trying to figure out how the hell to break out and get back home without a passport or money.

So, Just thinking… What IF, the FBI or the State Department cross referenced all the employees at INT with the list of who has passports. Then showed up at INT to check that each of those people have those passports with them, because, well, it’s been reported that they might have been stolen or taken from them.

And of course, magically, they do have them, because Miscavige wouldn’t be that stupid, right.

But in the course of checking the passports, the FBI or the State Department mentions pointedly that it is serious federal crime for anyone to take or withhold someones passport. And to ask if the passport has ever been taken and held for any length of time by anyone at all.

Just thinking.

Hopefully the victims’ lawyers will know to try and get discovery of the computer record (maybe they’ll see your post). Also, given the number of staff you mention (50 – 100), I imagine that several have blown and could be called as expert witnesses. The electronic trail of breadcrumbs (backups, etc.) might be hard to cover up if they bring in computer forensic experts.

Also, I never heard of the Duke of Chug until now (I’ll be honest, the name makes me think of my college days…). Thanks again!

There is one INCOMM computer system that is available to the senior Sea Org “Int level” org human resources staff, which contain the embarrassing and “out qualification” points of all the Sea Org Int level staff.

There’s likely now, a full system for all the lower echelons also.

It was Hubbard’s orders that personnel info be computerized, for human resources personnel to utilize for promoting and demoting staff. .

Hubbard wrote in the INCOMM traffic to have the computer programmed to do personnel selection automatically, based on personnel production performance that was to be constantly updated and stored, so all staff performance was computer monitored, someday.

When I was on post, as the temporary “Executive Establishment Officer” for ASI, I had access to this INCOMM system, which was in rudimentary form, and I had access to all the Int Base level staff, which were the personnel pool from which ASI human resources personnel would do their headhunting to get ASI staff replacements.

The INCOMM system was called the “Int Pers and Ethics System”. It had one category that has all the bad news “out qualifications” of all Sea Org staff. It has the juicy embarrassing stuff, in other words.

The “bad” stuff on Sea Org staff, is input manually, and edited from time to time. When I looked at the system, when I was doing some headhunting for ASI, all the info was not photos of actual printed material, but just computer screen letter format. The info had been manually input, the key summary important info was just in normal screen letters.

It’s necessary because Hubbard wrote such definite exact rules laying out what the qualifications are for the higher up positions in the Sea Org, so the disqualifying points in a Sea Org member’s life, will always be in the “Int Pers and Ethics System” there so that Human Resources people at the highest levels in the Sea Org have it to consult, before proposing to promote a Sea Org member to any of the highest Sea Org positions.

If the Int Pers and Ethics System were made public, in full, it would be embarrassing, to say the least.

Hubbard wrote a whole long couple of despatches to the INCOMM computer branch original top execs, mostly to a Sea Org member named Foster Tompkins, and the INCOMM despatches I wish were public, they contain a variety of space opera wild stories, about the Duke of Chug, another past space civilization bad guy, like Xenu, who Hubbard tells tall tales about the Duke of Chug and how the ancient computer system on a long ago, millions of years ago, space civilization computer system caught the Duke of Chug, and had Chug replaced, and then executed.

Hubbard wished the INCOMM computer system to be built to do what that ancient computer system accomplished, and one major part of that ancient computer system, was detailed personnel and ethics files, on all staff’s activities, so as to automatically select the best candidates to promote, to replace bad staff (the Duke of Chug’s replacement was selected by the ancient computer system, for example).

So the INCOMM “int Pers and Ethics System” is basically the INCOMM kernal of the ancient computer system. It is to have all the most important info on all Sea Org staff in it, so that later on, when the full INCOMM system is all figured out, at least the personnel for promoting, and demoting, will be available.

There are so many bugs in the system though, it will take decades, if ever, to get this Hubbard INCOMM computer system truly fully operational, without it turning into a Charlie Chaplain movie scenario, like the Chaplain movie “Modern Times” with the big machines just doing ridiculous disfunctional things. It’s already 30 years since Hubbard ordered INCOMM to put together this ideal ancient space civilization system, and it’s not operational yet.

But they will strive to perfect the INCOMM computer system, since those are Hubbard’s orders.

The supportive Hubbard writings are called the INCOMM Computer Series, policies, and are in the green volumes Management Series, Volume 1, “Computer Series”, pages 343 to 353.

Hubbard says:

“…I’ll let you you in on a little known fact. On the track [ancient advanced space civilizations that is], real computers (not Earth’s current home or business entertainment toys) have successfully administered whole planets…..”

The INCOMM branch of the Sea Org has about 50 to 100 staff, and they mostly work at the complex in LA, in the two first floor wings of the complex, along Fountain Ave. The west wing first floor, houses the actual “computer room” and if you punched through that wall along Fountain, the west wing first floor wall, the other side of that wall is the actual 11 million dollar plus computer room!
