What’s amusing about this is that what Hubbard is talking about are invisible murdered space aliens when he talks about “engrams.” He’s claiming that when one uses NO, some how magically more invisible murdered space alien fragments attach themselves to humans and, of course, Scientology’s crime bosses have to be paid even more money to scrape them off.
