He makes it sound like the whole thing is run so carefully, but when my family did the purif, there was no real check up. They certainly didn’t check for low blood pressure or anemia (both of which I had) and they didn’t care how long we stayed in, or how much we ran before (I didn’t, I just walked a little) Also, it was weird in “deciding” when you were done. I was by myself most of the time and just used it like a regular sauna- which is always lovely. But some ultimate cleanse? I guess if you got a fever high enough…;) snort

Nope, but that is how freshman were hazed at the high school I went to in Alaska. Not exaggerating and being for real serious. It was only for boys, girls got the option of being dumped head first into a trash can or pelted with hard snow balls for 60 sec by no less then 10 people. Bella choose the snowball and some asshole included a rock in said snowball, to which Bella caught with her eyeball. That sucked most balls. But, I was a trooper and didn’t rat or cry!
