Hi Laura, I just wanted to say that what you are doing is extremely brave, and I wish you every success in getting justice against the Church of Scientology. Unfortunately these people are here in England too. They got hold of my friend’s best friend, who was an acquaintance to me as I did not know him. But he was feeling vulnerable after a relationship break up, they got hold of him and he became so depressed from the subsequent abuse and brainwashing that he threw himself of the bridge over the Severn Estuary. Today due to the harassment his family has faced from Scientology he rests in an unmarked grave. Scientology are criminal organisation, a danger to the public at large and should be banned outright, and given they are in many countries there needs to be a coordinated international response in making them a criminal organisation. So good luck to you, and keep fighting many many people out there support you in what you are doing. The guy’s name who threw himself off the bridge was Richie. RIP.

In reply to Jgg2012. Oh yes, in the Garcia case, Rinder and Rathbun were "senior officials" but Karin Pouw told the media they "never held a high position in the church." There are more contradictions, and Laura should use them.

Remember, this judge initially dismissed the case on statute of limitations grounds; the apellate courts reversed, and remanded it to the judge who initially ruled against her. Now, it seems that the judge is more sympathetic to her than Co$, and I think their lying has a lot to do with it.

Hey, what did I just hear on this video? Int Base staffers going for abortions and using drugs at the clinic? The E.D. of the Beverly Hills mission was DECLARED an S.P. for snorting a smidget of Coke, meanwhile Int Base staff were getting loaded at abortion clinics? I hope that guy from Bev Hills is taking note. He was crucified and tossed under the bus while the people judging him unfit to be part of the group were getting stoned and murdering their own offspring. That is “oblivious” all the way baby.

My my, seems David is beginning to realize he has MANY seniors. Yes, beyond his larger than city park front yard, his vast estate riddled with slaves, the mere police officer is actually his senior. Then it adds up from there. The Mayor, the Governor, The District Attorney , various judges and it goes on and on.

As a citizen of the United States, he has seniors all over the place.

And it seems one of them just ripped his legal messengers for issuing false reports! It is illegal to issue a false report to the Supreme Court.

Judge Sohigian is only one of David’s seniors.

I think David needs a cram on what a senior wants from his juniors. I don’t see him “Yes Siring” his seniors. Perhaps he doesn’t even know he has seniors? He seems to have blatant disregard for his own seniors. He can’t handle the flaps coming from his won area so they are doing a jr. bypass Danger Condition on him. Judge Sohigian is bypassing.

Oh yeah. there’s a danger situation going on. I wonder who is helping David through his conditions. No doubt he is up burning the midnight oil working through these lower conditions…..heh heh.

It doesn’t matter what the cult’s chances are with SCOTUS. Their goal is to ruin the plaintiff and seeking leave to appeal the ruling of the lower court is just one way they do that.

Moreover I do not believe there is any chance at all that the cult will ever hand over anything approaching the original, authentic PC files they have in their possession. in all likelihood they’re already socked away in one or the doc vaults in CA or NM. This *is* $camitology after all. Wog law has no meaning to them and they’ll do whatever their twisted sense of ethics dictates they do in order to “make it go right.”

Yeah I understand. I get the same emotions when I witness my mom yell at the scientists on the Science Channel when they discuss gravity.
I wonder
1. Why do you even watch this channel if all you do is yell at the smart man explaining how stuff, you know, drops/gets pulled in
2. How can you not believe in Gravity
3. Scientific theory isn’t defined the way normal theory is!!!
It is very enturbulating! This is 2013, there should be no argument anymore regarding a law such as gravity damn it!
