Bella, the civilized solution would be if everybody watching the Demented Midget when he was about to go off on somebody would just get themselves around the target and say “no David, you can’t do this” and make him back down and cool off. But they’re all just saying “glad it’s him or her and not me”. He’s done a 1984 on them – “do it to her do it to Julia not me” and they let him keep going.. So the only other option I see is if 1 slightly crazy person says “the hell you will” and plants him. It’s not civilized but neither is being so scared of the little shit that you do nothing.

I am in his weight and height class and if it meant getting that little fucker on camera punching someone, I would gladly take one for the team!
