As soon as I saw this “Friends of the Court” declaration which is what those fancy latin words mean, I called the attorneys to offer to be part of a group giving the rest of the data, the data on the REAL reason someone might not want anyone to get their pc folders and why they are so insistent this precedent cannot remain.

That first name on the list is Brandon Marion, my ex husband. That declaration is so full of shit and the only reason he’s concerned at all about pc folders is because of all the evidence in my folder of his crimes. I’m still dangerous. I spent 16 years and over $100,000 on the Suppressed Person rundown after I was told I could never go to court over things that went down. He bought ethics protection with dollars to the IAS even in the end when my CS was telexing Flag and the Flag MAA’s there said, yep it’s really going to get handled now. Then what happened instead? The same thing already reported, once again they went and took more IAS donos instead and gave him ethics clearance to go back to the Ship to do OT 8.

The other BS about this entire thing is that the kid at AO for years who had to type up all the sexual withholds for the elig cycles for OT V is the son of an ex of mine. I was his step mom for 9 years and have a commendation from him as being the person who helped him the most. He couldn’t even get through Staff Status II and was almost offloaded. The kid saw EVERY withhold as the person writing the KRs to the CS and ethics for the auditors. Most people have no idea that kid at the board they saw everyday was reading it all and typing it up after they “confessed.” He is not an ordained minister, do you think he never said anything about those confessions to anyone? He was a teenage boy, in fact a virgin at the time completely freaked out by it all. They lie through their teeth about this priest penitent privilege which is used only to protect the crimes they order from high up against parishioners for their own purposes.

I don’t need any stinking folders as I have a box of documentation on the crimes committed and the corruption of the IAS but just imagine if we could all have access to our folders? Would that put some ethics in?! I guess they’d just make a separate set of files for staff eyes only separate from pc folders to hide their crimes against the unsuspecting.

The Chaplain involved in these crimes against me and my son years ago is out of the church now. He told me RTC would send down these files on people who were targeted, stapled shut with all kinds of gross third party that would not match the person sitting in front of him but he would have to follow orders. He told me he believes DM himself was directing what happened to me. It was during the time Lisa McPhearson was at Flag.

I really love that the CA Supreme Court was not impressed with their ridiculous declaration. But if anyone ever does believe any of this bullshit, I’m going to be right there ready to provide evidence and my own declaration. And I have plenty of documentation to add to the fraud case and the repayments matter as well.

I used to want to help fix relations between the Church and the Indies, I used to imagine there’d be a day when some reform could happen like in other churches where they accept other groups once the laws of land recognize them but I no longer am delusional. The Church is on a path of self destruction and there is no stopping that. Everything they do backfires on them. The Brian Culkin fiasco will only hurt them. And even if they remove tons of data from Laura’s folders, they are gonna get caught and it’s going to backfire as usual.

Just because they made you sign something doesn’t necessarily mean the contract is legally binding. Freeloader debt is a good example of this. Sure, you signed a paper saying you owe it, but they have no way to enforce that through the courts. Only psychologically.

I loved the book, and I learned a lot about how people can be conned so it was educational as to how to not get conned myself. I think I was in upper grade school.

I never read the book, and the movie was painful for me to watch, seeing another rip-off of people trying to be righteous.

I still hate to see the deluded ripped off, and Co$ is the biggest ripper.

I first read the book as a little girl – young enough that I remember being surprised that a bible salesman would be crooked. LOL!
