I know of people who were able to get advance payments back without much problem but that was in the old days. But this is about more and if disclosure is indicated the church is in deep ----. I think a settlement is just over the hill for the Garcias.

I wonder given the current circumstances of the cult now if they are able to effectively ‘fair-game’ the judge in this case. In the past they successively intimidated judges and critics, even murdering their pets. I wonder how effective OSA is now or are they even trying anymore. Any thoughts?

Oh Joy ! Only 4 months into 2013 and the momentum is Not letting up ! I trully hope this Judge can appreciate the ” catch 22c, $cion is attempting to make the Garcia’s adhere to and forces $cion into court ! Although I’m sure they’ll settle right before the court date as they did earlier this year to avoid the Black PR of the psych controlled media! Could this finally be the year €cientology is fully exposed ? I’m surely hoping it is !!
