I think the stress of endless sec checks, the feeling that you can’t trust anyone, the being on-edge all the time, plus the incredible mental gymnastics it takes to wake up to massive and overwhelming cognitive dissonance each day are enough to cause disease. Add in the sleep deprivation, poor nutrition and other deprivations that Sea Orgers undergo and you’ve got a recipe for instant cancer, IMHO.

Yes, definitely steroids. I’m sure he’s been on HGH for years (very big in Hollywood.) I don’t think it’s botox; botox only does so much. I think he had a very good facelift maybe some fillers but not much -he doesn’t have the filler “puffy” look – and probably a pretty serious chemical peel.

Thanks for the link and info! The progression of LRH through those early days is fascinating. But, yup, there we go again with how isolating yourself is the perfect way to start really believing your own crap. Or at least that your crap don’t stink. And you have to remove anyone you stole ideas from, right? Otherwise, your authority is diluted. Ugh.

Everyone talks about possible diagnoses for LRH but I’m surprised OCD doesn’t come up more. Not just because of his obsession with cleanliness but OCD can make a person really obsessed with more esoteric things. Everything I’ve read about the Apollo days just screams unchecked OCD.
