I am not saying Hubbard did not have money but after st. Hill it was all down hill. His so called cruise ship I mean the Apollo was a scow and I saw how he lived. It sucked and once the guardian people were put in jail he went on the lamb. So although he had money he didn’t live the life of luxury once that occurred. And then he fell ill and that was worse, living in a motor home. You can call it his fault. He is the source of all this. Just a matter of whether you consider he had anything valuable to contribute to mankind or not. I see that you hate the guy. He’s dead, so who cares. The issue is what to do regarding the messes the current church has created and is creating. Did you ever experience any harm from the church or people from the church? I have. So have a lot of people I know. But they get over it and move on. Or lay low to fight another day. For me it’s what is happening now that counts. There are a lot of good people trying to expose what the church does to prevent more harm from being done. That is a good focal point.

The estate the ‘church’ stole (by intimidating his heirs) from LRon’s family was extensive, believe me, else Davey wouldn’t have bothered. You cannot be naive about this, LRon did exactly as he pleased using the millions of dollars of funds begotten from his followers. I know that Davey is just as bad, if not worse, with the sickening lifestyle at the parishoners expense, but LRon set it all up so he could hide but be in control and still financially benefit. These are not the actions of a man who cared about the organisation over himself. And, in fact, whether he intended it or not, LRon’s schemeing was the thing that made it possible for Davey to take over as he did – it’s ALL LRon’s fault.

Ok. Well you are right that all the policy’s he wrote work much of the time but cannot be generalized the way they do now. As far as the other point of view. He was more interested in his organization, trying to help people and his love of adoration and playing the game as the founder of a religion. He lived a very spartan life and did not have many material things. I speak from first hand knowledge. He had many faults but avarice of money was not one of them. His dollars kept going back into the church. Now David Mousekavige is a different story. He loves to live the rich life and keeps building up his bank accounts.

I just see what I see, all this quoting of LRon’s notations, which are obviously written in direct response to particular circumstances that came up at the time, aren’t valid to use as broad, generalised statements. The man had millions in cash covertly couriered to him in the dead of night… he didn’t give a crap about the ‘services’ for others, it was all about what those ‘services’ could deliver him – the cash.

I’m not sure what it’s going to take for Scion, Indies and LRon supporters to realise that ‘just because the swine ‘said’ it, does not mean he ‘meant’ it’. LRon’s policy notiations were situational at best, and should not be taken literally for all situations, especially given his penchant for self-protection where all rules are thrown out the window to protect his fat, lying, criminal arse.
