Thanks for the kind words man. I appreciate it a lot. I am trying to figure out what is best for me right now. I care deeply for my friends, but the stress of living and working in LA is starting to get to me. Hopefully I can find a more laid back job than the one I am at. I need to find a better work/personal balance than what I have now. My work life is starting to take over.

The problem that I face then is whether or not I can find a job that pays well enough to support myself and maintain that balance, at least in the LA area. I can find that in East Texas for sure, but then the obstacle there is that I have never searched for a job in another state before.

Every muster is a convocation. What a maroon!

The Chairman of the Board RTC is the most senior position of the Religious Technology Center. The Chairman of the Board sees that RTC accomplishes its purpose and he has under him the Inspector General, who runs the day-to-day affairs of RTC.

Under the Inspector General, are the Inspector General for Ethics, the Inspector General for Technical and the Inspector General for Administration, each of whom polices the proper application of the scriptures within their respective area.

Ranking next after RTC:

International Management is the top echelon of the Church. … [It] comprises several units, each with its specific responsibility and duties. The top level of this echelon is the WATCHDOG COMMITTEE.

The WATCHDOG COMMITTEE is the highest ecclesiastical authority in the Church.

According to this document, the latest “Karen Pouw”™ missive is correct: neither David Miscavige nor Marty Rathbun nor anybody in RTC has ever been part of “International Ecclesiastical Management.”

Although Miscavige trumpets himself as “ecclesiastical head of the Church,” it seems whatever he does is not “management,” according to the Church. Marty’s old post of Inspector General is second only to Miscavige and above the rest of RTC; but outside (and above) the International Management “echelon,” as the Command Channels manual proclaims. If Rathbun was a nothing, what does that make Miscavige?

It makes so much more sense this way!
