Let’s take a vote on whether we think the JQC will actually do anything. But first, a question:

Do you think the F. Wallace Pope Jr. who served as Special Counsel for the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission on a recent case is the same F. Wallace (“Wally”) Pope Jr. named as a defendant in the Dandar lawsuit above?

There was a recent case of judicial misconduct brought by JQC against a Judge Cohen (no obvious connection to anything Scientology). The charges were originally filed in 2002 and a decision was handed down in August 2012 ordering public reprimand of the judge. The public reprimand took place in open court on November 6, 2012.

The pleadings in the Cohen case show who received copies of those pleadings, including Special Counsel to the JQC:

You are right! It is indeed strange that there is very little information about her death available on the internet. Both Tony and Marty referred to her as the “late” Judge Susan Schaeffer. Maybe someone out there can shed more light on the circumstances of her death.

I didn’t follow her story after she retired, but I remember she ruled in January of 2003 that there were suspicious circumstances surrounding Lisa McPherson’s death and that the wrongful death lawsuit filed against the Co$ should continue and be decided by a jury.

We all know what happened after that. And we are learning more and more about that as the clock continues to “tick tock” away (tribute to Tory).

I’m thinking even $800/hr conservative legal specialists have to deduct at least 10 minutes from that hour for a WTF? break. It’s all part of the plan, folks. I get this feeling Dandar is drip, drip, dripping the hot Tabasco juiciness one delicious drop at a time. I know I’m always left with one of those text balloons above my head with a “wow, I wonder what Else he’s got under the hood?”.

I’m beginning to believe that this time, finally and for real, combined with all the other juicy drips being collected worldwide, Miscavige might not be hit with a tidal wave to whisk his nasty butt in jail. I think it will be this steady drip, drip, drip that will worm and dig a Hole in the center of this scientology star chamber sheild and will slowly swallow whole the cancer at its core.
