FLDS raid was done by state and local law enforcement agencies and Texas Child Protective Services. The FBI and other agencies all across the country saw the news and took the lesson. Going in with guns blazing, without rock-solid evidence, failed to shut down the FLDS, failed to free the abused children and women. Law enforcement was painted as out of control and incompetent.
