That is the OPPOSITE of what I am saying. Kyle and Lisa are gone and Dandar is and has been trying to get JUSTICE FOR THEM. No one would litigate against COS for the fun of it or for media attention. No one wants to litigate against them at all due to what you have to go through. Anyone who does is doing it for the justice for the dead…unless you happen to enjoy setting yourself on fire and putting it out with a hammer, then no one goes after COS unless they have guts or want justice, of which I have seen none by the courts for Lisa or Kyle. I hope we get some and those trying to get some succeed.

Dandar hung on to the Brennan case all the way to the Supreme Court. You will find lot’s of mistakes if you read through Kennan Dandar’s Documents. The sad fact is that there was lot’s of evidence. In Dandar’s defense he is a one man show without deep pockets. When this happens depositions go undone and unbought. It’s the imbalance of power Dandar and Britton were solo players against a fleet of high priced lawyers. When reading through the court documents it’s also obvious that Judge Merryday because he was tired of the circus not from lack of evidence.
